Maybe, in trying to dress more old, you actually end up dressing more Christian. I’ve found that in trying to dress less young and scary I really just end up dressing like a Liberal voter.

although… id try take it as a compliment. better than ‘always looking like a turkey’ or something embarassing like that!

What if someone said “You always look a lot like someone who is trying to follow Jesus”?
If someone said “You always look a lot like someone who is trying to follow Jesus” I would be over the moon but I don’t think that is what she was tring to say. When I asked what it meant she said, “you know like a Christian” to which I replied “not really”, so she said “you know nice and happy, you look like a happy Christian, not like ….. who always looks so morose, like a sad Christian. We should be filled with the joy of the Lord.”
At least they meant a happy christian and not a sad one. What a weird thing to say to someone though.
